Terminal Lung Cancer
'Lem', a gentle but poor Thai villager, whose husband died from lung cancer, was herself diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, a year later. The tragedy is Lem never smoked. Given 6 months to live and sent home to die, nutritional therapy and small donations have stabilized and helped her. Small contributions are making a huge difference to her quality of life.
